He is also known as \u201cDe Rijdende Dichter\u201d, a pseudonym he uses for his poetic and visual stories that he shares from his experiences as a truck driver. This has earned him considerable media attention in the Netherlands, both on the radio and in the written press. His unique combination of trade journalism, photography and personal stories has led to various publications and performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcda Publications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jarno has published two poetry collections:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uitgeverijdekring.nl\/een-lading-gedichies-voor-blije-gezichies\">\u201cA load of poems, for happy faces\u201d<\/a><\/strong>: A collection of his short, recognizable poems written on the road.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uitgeverijdekring.nl\/lees-dit-als-je-er-toch-zit\"><strong>\u201cRead this while you&#039;re there\u201d<\/strong>:<\/a> A collection of humorous poems, intended as light reading for on the toilet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udf99\ufe0f Radio appearances<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>NPO Radio 1 \u2013 Opinion Makers<\/strong>: In January 2023, Jarno was a guest on the program <em>Talking Points<\/em>, where he spoke about his career transition from full-time truck driver to a combination driver and content creator.
